Scrumptious Egg White Veggie Omelette
Some dishes can definitely look more aesthetically pleasing but this is definitely more scrumptious that the picture communicates :)
So so delicious and nutricious. This Egg white omelette is loaded with the usual suspects: Red onions, Sweet Onions, Mushrooms and Spinach.
Chop up all your veggies and pour them into a cast iron pan till they are nice and sautéed, then add in your egg whites. Add a side of Avocados for healthy fats!! #NOMNOMNOM
